Cake pops, the way I'd want them at my party.
I started making cake pops because I couldn't find any I actually liked — the kind that taste like a real piece of cake, look like someone cared, and don't show up in a stale plastic clamshell.
So I make them one at a time, in my kitchen in Cos Cob. Real cake. Real chocolate. Decorated for whatever you're celebrating — or whatever Tuesday needs salvaging.
